Earl was born and raised in Oshawa Ontario with fond memories of his childhood summers spent with his grandmother at the family farm in Norland and with his grandparents in Coboconk.
He raised his family in Port Perry Ontario before returning to Oshawa in his retirement years. He worked 33 years at the Chrysler Trim Plant in Ajax, followed by 23 active years of retirement.
Loved to be kept busy and always on the go whether it was in his wood shop building cabinets and making fine furniture for his family and friends or tinkering in his garage with his many projects. From building trailers to working on his endless variety of his latest vintage vehicle or just sitting in the garage with the door open and chatting and enjoying the company of neighbors and friends who dropped by.
Earl was an outdoorsman at heart. He loved nature and being outdoors at the camp fishing, hunting and ATV rides with family and friends. Was witty with a joke and had the amazing ability to know someone where-ever he ventured.
No funeral service as per his request.
