In memory of

馮貽曾醫生Dr. Yee Tsang Fung

October 15, 1937 -  January 14, 2020

Dr. Yee Tsang Fung FRCPC, American Board of Paediatrics

A Renaissance Man in a Modern World. An extraordinarily humble man despite having so much to be proud of. A true healer and nurturer, Dr. Fung spent his life giving to others, asking nothing for himself in return. A proud “Wah Yan Boy” throughout his life. He treasured his trips around the world with his special group of primary school friends after retirement. Yee Tsang was "high on life" enjoying everything from a simple meal with his brothers and sister to luxury travel around the world with his soulmate Tracy. He loved his family, his home, his job and his life! A voracious reader, art enthusiast, impressive historian, mesmerizing storyteller, accomplished and talented pediatrician who brought comfort to so many sick kids. His 45+ year career in medicine covered 20+ years in Hong Kong and 20+ years in Toronto. Fortunate and grateful to have shared his life and love and mourning his loss are his beloved wife Tracy (Dr. Teresa Lo), sons Victor, David, daughter-in-law Kitty. Adored grandchildren Samantha, Sarah, Seana. Yee Tsang will be greatly missed by his siblings Yee Ko, Yee Yin, Yee Cho. Having suffered the ravages of chronic kidney disease with strength and grace, this kind and wonderful man has now found peace.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation at the following link: http://support.tgwhf.ca/goto/YeeTsangFung

Dr. Fung will be dearly missed. We are truly grateful for over 30 years of friendship, and his loving care as the former pediatrician for our three now-grown children. We will fondly remember the times we shared together in the same small group and bible study group. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Fung family, may God's comforting hand be with you during this time.
