In memory of

Doxilyn Dickens

June 17, 1945 -  December 16, 2025

With a heavy heart, we are announcing Doxilyn Dickens has passed on the 16th of December 2025, from a lengthy battle with dementia surrounded by her loving family at age of 80.
She was a devoted mother to Neil and Nichole Dickens, grandmother to Tianna Niens, Rashaun Rosemey, Ciara Rosemay, Ava Dickens, and Myles Rosemay.
Born and raised with a large family in St Ann’s Jamaica and migrated to Canada in 1968. She started to work at a very young age and had various jobs throughout her life. A family caregiver to the legendary deal maker of Toronto Real Estate market. Working as Kitchen Aid at Milliken Mills Daycare, and retired as a In-Store Marketer at The Bay at Markville Mall. She had a very strong work ethic and had a sense of pride in everything she set out to accomplish.
She was known for her infectious laugh, her joy of music, cooking, and gardening of various flowers, particularly roses.
She dedicated her life and had endless love for her family. She showed us strength and to find happiness in the little things. As she used to say, “create your own fun” was her famous mantra along with many others.
We are very thankful for her undeniable love for her family, and every memory made.
