Peacefully passed away on November 12, 2018 at Mackenzie Health LTC at the age of 96. She was predeceased by her loving husband Charles Raymond Holmes. Beloved mother of Victor (Patricia) and David (Annette). Cherished grandma of Michael (Melissa), Eric and Kodie. Proud great-grandma of Merrick, Chase and Brooklynn. Dorothy was also predeceased by her late brother John. She will be missed by all of her extended family and friends. Memorial Visitation will be held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre – Pickering (1057 Brock Rd., Pickering ON) on Tuesday, November 20th, 2018 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am with a Memorial Service at 11:00 am in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy’s memory may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

We say goodbye to Dorothy who now is at pease. She will be missed.
Carole fondly remembers working with Dorothy as a young woman and learning office procedures and equipment. We spent many good visits over the years with the extended family.
