<div itemprop="description">CLAPP, Donna Mae (nee Peirce), 79, died suddenly Thursday, April 18, 2013, while enjoying a spring visit at her daughter&rsquo;s home in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Beloved wife for 52 years of Don Clapp (deceased). Loving mother of Wendy Duncan and Laurie Henry. Affectionately known as Nanny, she will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Brody and Benton Duncan, Cameron and Kaitlyn Henry, and by son-in-law, Bruce Duncan. She will be fondly remembered by her sister, Peggy Gutowski, brother-in-law, Doug Clapp, and her nieces, Michele Gutowski (husband George Radziszewski), Penny Draper (husband Dale; Clinton and Ashley) and Becky Hardie (husband Wayne; Robin and Jason). Predeceased by cherished relatives Meryl Clapp and Peter Gutowski. Donna&rsquo;s devotion to family and friends, her love of music and art, her adventurous spirit, generosity and strong work ethic were an inspiration to us. Donna spent her formative years on Leuty Avenue at Kew Beach and on Ward&rsquo;s Island, attending the Island School, Williamson Road School and graduating from Malvern Collegiate. She raised her family in Scarborough and retired after working 25 years at Liquid Carbonic. Family and friends may visit at Pine Hills Cemetery, Visitation, Chapel and Reception Centre (625 Birchmount Road, 416-267-8229) on Monday, May 6 from 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 7 at 11:00AM. Reception to follow. Memorial donations may be made to Autism Society Ontario.</div>
