Please accept my deepest sympathies.
A remarkable and talented man who was so welcoming that it set a standard for others to try to emulate. His eclectic group of friends were many; they enriched his life like he did theirs. His large family was his and his late wife Pat’s pride and joy. His own large family of siblings had its share of stories and contentions, like any large family, but it was a common bond the siblings all shared for their lifetimes. There was not another like Uncle Don and that is what we mourn, and celebrate, the most.
The last of the big brawny six foot plus Menary brothers, with hands the size of baseball mitts and a surprisingly wry sense of humor…. He joins the rest of the senior generation now gone. Uncle Don will be missed by all that knew him but his legacy lives on in the beautiful family he leaves behind.
The last time I saw him, he gathered himself to the piano stool and sang me a rendition of “I’ll be seeing you “… Indeed ❤️
One of the best uncles l had. I will greatly miss him. God bless Uncle Don. (Wayne M. Menary
My deepest sympathies to the family. Don was special human being with many talents. I loved how he could play the piano with such expertise. He will be missed by all of his friends.
