It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather on January 20, 2019. Dimitrije, loving husband of 60 years to Stojanka, beloved father to Gordana (Silvio) Tedeschi, and Mira (David) Reid. Dearest grandfather to Adam (Rita), Vanessa (Andrew), Ashley and Michael, and adoring Dedo to Cora, Ellie, William and Henry.

Born in Serbia on November 15, 1932, eldest son of Mirko and Dara (both deceased), brother to Milojko, Stanisa (deceased), Milorad, and Radisa. He will be missed by many family and friends in Canada and Serbia.

Visitation will be held at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM and Thursday, January 24, 2019 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Prayers (Pomen) will take place on Wednesday, January 23 at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre on Thursday, January 24, 2019 2:00 PM. Interment to follow.
