Nonnie was a sweet, artistic, talented and kind hearted soul who always gave of herself. Over the years, Nonnie shared her gifts and herself as an actress, a society wife, a mother, niece, cousin and friend as well as enjoying a career as a skilled handwriting analyst.
Nonnie loved and kept in touch with her large family through regular calls, letters & cards. She took the time to clip newspaper stories that she though would interest my father and send them to him in the mail. They enjoyed many evenings on the phone, discussing them or any other newsworthy topics.
She called him every day.
Nonnie was smiling, gracious and sociable. For as long as she was able, she went out of her way to visit her aging uncles and bring them a little something she had made for them.
She happily and skillfully took on the task of organizing family get-togethers, now known as the "Cousins Dinners", making all of the arrangements and ensuring no-one was left out. There was always a card for us all to sign for each and every person with an approaching birthday and she truly appreciated even the smallest card or gift in return.
Throughout her eighty five years, Nonnie did her best to be kind and helpful to others.
She was a beautiful lady.
She will be missed.
Our deepest condolences Sean. Hang in there!
