Diane Joyce

February 10, 1945 - July 18, 2016

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Diane Joyce on July 18, 2016 after a long fight with cancer. Diane was a dedicated Nurse in long-term care and community care nursing. She found her second life in her late 50’s as a competitive dragon boat racer. She was a great adventurer who loved travelling with friends and family. An avid animal lover, she cherished her time at home cuddling with Celeste and Louisa her beloved calico cats.
Diane was predeceased by her parents, Phyllis and Alan. She will be deeply missed by her brothers Bill and Bob (Deb Mack). Loving mother to Trevor and Deanna, mother-in-Law to Diona and cherished Nana to Tianna. Diane also leaves behind many loved nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.

My thoughts and prayers to Dianes loving children and family. I am so happy to have known such a lovely lady. Diane and I did Outward Bound together several years ago. We laughed, cried, and forged onward encouraging each other to reach the top of the mountain....and we did it!! Such an amazing experience to have shared with you my friend. Love you always, Heather
