Diamantino Do Rosario Costa was a kind hearted man - always worried for the wellbeing of his children and grandchildren. I will remember my sweet, gentle, and loving father each time the phone rings. He is our guardian angel, forever watching over each of us. Rest in Peace Pai.

My father, Diamantino Costa, was a hard working man from humble beginnings. He lived and worked in several countries throughout his life. Diamantino was proud of his accomplishments and cared deeply for his family. He had a extra special talent for calling me in the middle of dinner every day. While he could be stubborn and hard on the outside sometimes, on the inside he had a kind heart and always meant well. He sincerely wanted to make sure we'd all be okay. Thanks for everything Pai. You will always be our "little diamond".

I’ll miss you very much. It is very unfortunate that I couldn’t see you recently and I wish I could have seen you more. I will miss hearing the phone ring five times a day and whenever I hear the phone ring I’m going to always think of you. You will be missed by many.
