Dar Danielle and family,
I was very shockied and saddened to learn of Denis' illness and passing. It took a while to think of what to write to you, his cherished family.
My history goes back so long ago to the Boultbee (avenue) days, when Denis sometimes cheerfully tagged along with Barry to play with my brother, Ron in the back field. I remember that even from such a young age, Denis was always smiling and delighted my mom, with his charming wit and fearless inquisitiveness.
Throughout the years, we had occasional chance meetings and would catch up on our latest activities and family life. Denis was so grateful and proud of his talented family and their various accomplishments. I also would look forward to seeing Denis' next multi-talented endeavors as well and would inform them to my brother in Manitoba.
Although all too short a life, I was so glad that Denis was thoroughly blessed and loved living his wonderful, energetic "Book of Life" with you, his beloved family and friends.
At this time of your deep sorrow, may love and compassion comfort you with treasured memories with your dearest family and friends.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Kay
