Demetre (Jim) Charalambopoulos

December 14, 1929 -  October 30, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jim at Markham Stouffville Hospital at the age of 88. He was the devoted and beloved husband of Anna (née Kouretsos) for over 57 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Betty (Periklis Palantzas), Petroula, and Georgia/Genie (Ernesto Salva), and by his grandchildren William, Yianni, Zoe, Dimitri, Zachary, Violet, and Leonidas. He will also be deeply missed by his brother John Haralampopoulos and many extended family and friends. Jim is predeceased by his parents, George and Panagiota, and his three younger brothers. Family and friends will be received at ELGIN MILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd.E., Richmond Hill (east of Leslie St., 905-737-1720) on Sunday, November 4th from 4-8 pm and on Monday, November 5th at 9:30 am. In accordance with Jim’s wishes, a celebration of his life will begin at 10 am.

Demetris (Jim) was very honest and good family person.He always build good friendly ship with people. He struggled very hart in his live to come on well his children together with his wife Anna. For his friends He never denied to favour when We needed his help. Always He was play a leading roll for what strongly He was believing We express our dip condolences to his family.
