WORTMAN, Deborah Ann

Deborah passed away at her home in Oshawa surrounded by her loving family on June 17, 2024, at the age of 69. Loving mother of Tina, Donald, Carrie and Jesse. Proud grandmother of Aaron, Dylan, Mason, Colton, Jessie, Payton, Donald Jr, Shianne, Monika and Jack. Cherished sister of Cathy, Zane, Judy and Jess. Deborah will also be missed by extended family and many friends. She will be forever remembered for love of animals, care, affection, selflessness and dedication to her family. The family wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate nursing staff of the Palliative Care Unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for professionalism and care shown to Deborah and her family. Visitation will be held at THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, (South of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd, 905-579-6787) on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 10 am until time of service in the chapel at 11 am. Donations will be gratefully accepted for the Canadian Cancer Society.
