April 10, 1925 - July 17, 2017

Passed away peacefully on July 17th, 2017 at the Wexford Nursing Home, Toronto, at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Doreen (nee Feeney). Dear father of Patrick (Debbie) and Terri (Ron) and predeceased by first wife, Norma (nee Rouse) and sons Jimmy and Don. Step-father to Kim (Ken) and Heather (Maria). Fondly remembered by his grand and great grand-children. Cremation and interment has taken place at Pine Hills Cemetery & Funeral Centre. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at the Wexford Nursing Home Chapel, 1825 Lawrence Ave. E., Toronto on Saturday, July 22nd from 1-3 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.

Dad was extraordinarily honest; he was a great provider for his family, and was a role model for "common sense". He will be missed; he was loved, and was an inspiration. God bless you Dad.

I was sad to read of his passing. I have wonderful memories of Uncle Davie visits to Parrsboro in the summer to visit my grandmother Eva.
