In memory of

Daniel Walter Andrew Rodford

February 18, 1983 -  December 3, 2021

The family of Daniel Walter Rodford is heartbroken to announce his passing at age 38 on December 3rd 2021. Daniel was born in Brampton and grew up in Orangeville and Grand Valley Ontario. Daniel was always eager to assist others and worked as a technician for Bell Technical Solutions part time while he attended University. After graduating from Teacher’s College in 2008 he worked as a teacher part time until he found full time employment in 2011 as a manager with Bell Technical Solutions and then Bell Canada. His past field experience as a technician proved a great help in his new management roles. His warm personality and sense of humour will be missed by all.
Daniel enjoyed kayaking on Ontario’s rivers paddling on the Saugeen, Grand and Nottawasaga rivers on summer day trips. He was an avid Leaf’s, Blue Jays and Raptors fan and enjoyed the Raptors Championship win in 2019 immensely.
Survived by his parents Alan & Danielle, brothers Matthew (Caitlin), Joshua and Stephen. Grandmother Inge Moysich, Grandparents Henry Rodford & Eileen Rodford.
Daniel was predeceased by his Grandfather Dieter Moysich.
Also survived by Uncle Doug Moysich (Janine), Aunts Delilah Moysich (Peter) & Denise Backlund
Aunts Sandra Ussia (Joe), Linda Evans, Elizabeth Howell (James) and Uncle Tony Rodford (Joanne) and cousins Lindsay, Jennifer, Nicole, Luke, Christine, Michael, Bryan and Caleb.
Cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to Simple Alternative Mississauga.
There will be a memorial, via Zoom, in the coming weeks for family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trillium Health Partners trilliumgiving.ca
