November 4, 1986 -  June 3, 2017

Passed away unexpectedly Saturday June 3rd 2017 at a young age. His memory is carried on by his parents, Marek and Bozena Kowalczuk, his sister Jennifer Kowalczuk, and his many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Grandparents and friends.
Damian was a loving, gentle, and caring person. He would always go out of his way to do anything to help anyone, and would want us all to live the same. May he always be remembered as the loving, caring soul that everyone knew him to be.

I met Damian as a kid as I was a friend of his neighbor. He hated how we skateboarded and he rode a BMX. Hung out with him several times as an adult also. Was a good man. Rest in peace.

Gone but never forgotten, you will always hold a special place in my heart, there was never a day that you didn't have a smile on your face and cracking jokes or putting a smile on someone else's face if they were feeling down!
