In memory of

梁葉艷貞夫人 Connie Yim Ching Yip Leung

December 13, 1955 -  October 13, 2017

Toronto — Connie Yim Ching Yip, a long-time resident of the Willowdale area, passed away peacefully Friday the 13th of October at North York General Hospital, surrounded by family and friends.

Born in 1955 in Guangdong, China, Connie received her Nursing diploma in 1979 and worked at various hospitals and clinics in Hong Kong until 1994, when the family moved to Toronto. She continued her nursing career as a visiting nurse for ComCare, and later worked at a Chinese seniors clinic under Mount Sinai Hospital.

Connie loved good food and socializing, enjoyed swimming, sewing, and travelling with friends. She had a wonderful smile that could light up a room.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Leung and children Michael and Jenny, all of whom live in southern Ontario, and will miss her dearly.

Memorial gifts may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre or to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
