It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Collette Ann Paterson (nee Rothwell) on October 2, 2016 after a sudden and unexpected death.
Collette will be remembered as a kind, giving, free spirted woman with that infectious smile. Always so positive even though she was living with some health issues in the last few years.

Lovingly remembered by her husband Robert Paterson, children Alex (Shauna),Hayley and Cameron Paterson. Forever will be missed by her sister Michelle Rothwell, (Mark Dean) niece Kayla Rothwell and nephew Kietan Barry-Rothwell. Cherished daughter of the late Leonard Anthony Rothwell, (2015) and the late Angela Rothwell (1993).Daughter in law of Morgyn and Christine Paterson.

Collette will also be lovingly remembered by her Uncle, Brian Rothwell and Aunt Patricia Rothwell and cousins Neil Rothwell, Caron Rothwell, (Barry Munro) Paul Rothwell (Cheryl) and Mark Rothwell (Lena) and all of their extended families.

Collette was always giving in life as she was in death. Collette donated her organs and tissue to help others in need. She was also the recipient of a kidney donation in June 2016.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the kidney Foundation.

Collette will live on in all of us. We lost a very special lady in order for heaven to gain one more angel.

Rest in peace Collette........until we meet again one day.....xoxoxo

Collette.....words cannot express the pain I am feeling in losing you. You were the best sister anyone could ever hope for. Please wait for me, and we will be together again one day. Give mum and dad a hug and a kiss and tell them that I love them. I will miss you more than you will ever know. Thank you for always taking care of me and looking out for me during those tough times. My deepest condolences and heartfelt sadness for your loss. May God give you all strength in the coming days, weeks, months and years to follow. May your many memories sustain you during this time. I pray you will find some peace in knowing she is with our Lord. Her losses were great, she is now soaring with angels and will forever be with you in your hearts and watching over you. Although a sad time for you I know your Celebration of her Life on earth will be touching and reminiscent of the great woman she was.
