Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Col. Vijay Kumar Dutt (retired India Army officer) on May 24 2025 at the age of 90 years. Cherished husband to Shashi for 59 years; loving father of Vikas, Shveta, Vishal; loving father-in-law of Rajeev and Madhulika.

Vijay was a strong leader and a true gentleman in every sense. He had an endearing spirit and created a positive personal connection with all those who came in contact with him.

Vijay was adored by his grandchildren Tanishq & Vicky, Vibhum and Tanay. He will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends in Canada and India.
