Clementina Medeiros

February 3, 1936 - October 30, 2018

Clementina passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 30th at Trilogy Long Term Care Facility at the age 82. Clementina was the loving wife of Aristides Medeiros (predeceased) and loving mom to Aris (Maria) and Carminda (Victor). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Ryan and Emily. We wish to thank the staff of Trilogy L.T.C for all their care and compassion. Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, ON (Birchmount Road, north of St Clair Avenue East) on Friday November 2nd at 2-4 pm and from 6-8 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 3rd at 10 am at Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, 3170 St. Clair Ave. East, Scarborough, ON (St Clair Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue).

Carminda and family, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time of great pain and sadness. Your mother is now in peace and Gods' loving arms. May your hearts of sorrow find peace and surrender to all of the special times and treasured moments enjoyed with her, during her lifetime with you all. I have vivid and fond memories of your mother and father, whenever they visited your aunt on Adelaide St... I will remember her in my prayers and will write her name in our souls envelopes in our Parish so as to have her included in prayer during the month of November.
