Clara Elizabeth (Betty) Bewley (nee Meher) - Born May 16, 1937 passed away October 18, 2018 after a battle with Parkinson Disease. Wife of the late Anthony (Tony) Bewley. Betty was a Registered Nurse having graduated from the Royal Victoria School of Nursing Barrie in the Class of 1958, specializing as an OR nurse retiring from Etobicoke General Hospital. She will be remembered by her brother Frank Meher and his wife Karen and her brother-in-law Chris Bewley and his wife Maureen. Betty was very fond of her nieces and nephews Chris Jr., Steven, David and Sarah Bewley and her husband Mike Kendon; Laurie Meher and her husband Todd McCleave and Kathy Meher and her husband Paul McKim. Grand nieces and nephews Kyle and Shaun McKim, Thompson McCleave, Ximena Pelaez, Stuart and Elizabeth Kendon. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 1535 South Gateway Rd., Mississauga (Dixie Rd., 2 lights south of Eglinton Ave., 905-602-1580) on Sunday November 4, 2018 from 2-4pm.
