先母黃瓊慧女士於公元2017年07月27日01時病逝於加拿大密西沙加市Credit Valley醫院，享壽70歲。 即日移靈万柏墓园 Elgin Mills 殯儀館。 茲訂於公元2017年08月01日09時30分，在 Mount Pleasant Elgin Mills Funeral Centre 舉行告別式，隨即發火葬。 謹此訃聞。

Chun-Wei Huang, age 70, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 27, 2017, 1am at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga. She was born June 19, 1947, in Keelung, Taiwan. She is survived by her husband, Shin-Ng Wong; sons, Jack (Connie), Kendrick (Joyce). Family, friends, and others whose lives she touched are invited to the MOUNT PLEASANT ELGIN MILLS FUNERAL CENTRE to reminisce, grieve, and support each other.
