Our sincerest condolences are extended to our Thea, Peter, Angela, Amelia, Stephan, Helen, Bill, Tania, Christopher and Alexander, and to all of Theo Christos' extended family and friends during this difficult time.

Our Theo was a devoted husband, father, uncle and friend to many. We will fondly embrace and cherish all of the wonderful moments that we were so blessed to have shared with him during our lives (from his love of the Canadiens, Aris Soccer Club, shopping for a deal at the local grocery store, to his viewpoints on politics), he truly enjoyed a good conversation. His smile was grand, his soul was rich, his heart was warm, and his love for others was unconditional.

We will miss you very much and will be comforted by knowing that you have been embraced by our father-your older brother Angelo, and your parents up in heaven.

Your memory will be eternal in all our hearts. Thank you Theo for all that you shared with us.

Love Steve, Lora, Alexa and Victoria Papaikonomou

Ducas Family (Our Kumbaro)

Entered May 28, 2024 from Markham

We are saddened to hear of the passing of our beloved Kumbaro.

He was Kumbaro at our wedding and to our children as they were born. He was always there in our younger family days to share his wisdom of life and to discuss his beloved Montreal Canadiens, whom he absolutely loved and adored. Never a Sunday or Name Day or family gathering when we got together would he not offer his fervent support for his beloved hockey team and never would he fail to remind me of the abject failures of mine, my beloved Maple Leafs. Those days were filled with comaraderie, joy, breaking of bread, and enjoyment of extended family, even though we hated those dreaded Habs in my family.

Every Easter, he and Kumbara Triada, would bring to our children Easter tsoureki, candles, and warm wishes of "Christos Anesti". Such a thoughtful and considerate and generous man was he.

Kumbaro was a proud man who loved his family, his life, his friends, his Habs, and his vocation of which he always spoke often with great pride. He would always go far and beyond when servicing my car at his auto shop with explanations of what was required to be repaired and how he would do the repairs. And always trying to convince me to buy a Chevy!

We will miss the joy and kinship that he openly shared and the sincerity of his kindness and generosity. We will miss his wide smile and heartfelt laugh at my bad jokes. We will miss his presence in our lives as our Kumbaro. We will miss him as a person.

To our Kumbara, Triada, and to his children, Peter, Nitsa, and Billy and to their families we extend our heartfelt condolences for the loss of a good man, a good husband, a good father, a good grandfather, and the best Kumbaro ever.

Although he has now physically departed our earthly plane, his spirit and presence will remain with us as we go through the grieving process and beyond. His fond memories will sustain us through the difficult times ahead as we come to grips with the inevitable that we all will face one day.

May his memory be eternal and may his profound influence on us not fade or wane as the years go by.

God rest his soul, and blessings to his immediate family.
