Passed away peacefully at Providence Health Care on August 14, 2020 at the age of 87. Loving mother of Jeffrey Gerald (Barbara) and Michael James (Hema). Adored Oma of Allison Catherine and Julia Christine. Christine is predeceased by her parents Gerhard and Charlotte Kratz as well as by her siblings Kay (Dick) and Margaret and by her divorced husband Ronald Hall (2013). She will be dearly missed by the Tizzard family, Mary Donovan, brother-in-law Jim (Naomi), step children Colleen, Weldon and Patrick, and extended family and friends. Christine will be fondly remembered for her devotion to her family, her love of cooking, dancing, reading, knitting and the “one-armed bandit”. Her hard-work ethic will resonate in the hearts and minds of those who knew her. She was a voracious reader who loved politics, news and social issues. As per the wishes of the family, no formal services will be held, a celebration is planned for the future. The family extend their heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the caring and compassionate nursing staff of Centenary Hospital and Providence Health Care for professionalism shown to Christine and her family.
