With hearts full of love and sorrow, we share the passing of our precious baby girl, Chloe Rose Li, who gifted us with four and a half months of pure joy and wonder. Though her time with us was brief, her memory will forever light our hearts.

Location: Elgin Mills Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Centres

Date & Time: Tuesday, 28 May 2024 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Attire: Please wear some colour to commemorate our little Chloe.

Sending so much love to Vikki, Kelvin and Zoe. Our hearts are so heavy with sadness for you three. We love you guys so much and will be here for support whenever you need it.

To sweet little Chloe, you were and are still very loved. How lucky you were to be part of such a wonderful family with the best mom and dad and amazing big sister who loved you so very much. We will never forget you and how much joy you brought everyone! Always in our hearts and minds sweet little baby girl.

So deeply sorry you have to go through a heartbreak like this ! Even though Chloe was with us for too short a time, she’d already brought her family so much joy and Chloe was already so very loved. We will always stand by you !
