It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Susan May Cheung on September 23rd, 2017 at Toronto General Hospital, aged 56 years. She went peacefully after a courageous battle with Cholangiocarcinoma of the liver. She is predeceased by her husband John Mryka, cherished sister of Susie (Doe Pon), David Cheung and Bill Cheung. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her nephews Brandon Pon, Matthew and Daniel Mryka, and Kevin McHugh and and niece Kristine McHugh. Susan will be fondly missed by her many extended family and friends.
She was a strong and independent woman full of life and passion. In memory of Susan, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
