February 11, 1938 -  April 26, 2019

Alice Khidaroo died peacefully on April 26, 2019 in Toronto, where she has lived for the past 25 years. She was born in Guyana on February 11, 1938. She obtained her Teaching certificate and taught in Guyana for 30 years. She also taught in the Bahamas for two years before coming to Canada.
Alice enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and also loved chatting with people. She loved gardening and gospel music.
She was a member of Evangel Temple for many years. She volunteered her time and made many good friends there.
She is survived by her two children Cheryl and Jerry who also live in the Toronto area. She is also survived by her five sisters and four brothers.

Although I didn't know Cheryl's Mom personally, I know Cheryl, and she is a loving reflection of her Mom filled with patience, sincerity and kindness.
Your Mom is also special because she and I share the same birthday.

Dear Mom Alice,
We thank the Lord for your friendship to us.. You like a mother to me. I can't forget those days we go and celebrate our birthdays with Wendy and Jerry and my family together. Going to spa and going to ladies Masterpiece and coming to our house for cell group. We will miss you Mom Alice
