It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Celso Delos Reyes Villanueva, who re-united with our Lord on July 9, 2025 in Mississauga, Ontario at the age of 83. Born on May 9, 1942 in Manila, Philippines, Celso lived a life marked by quiet strength, curiosity, and deep devotion to his family.

He will be forever missed by his three loving children, Joan, Jonathan (Analee), and Joel (Sharon). Cherished by his grandchildren, Kimberly (Andrew), Anthony (Patricia), Christian, Ashley, Abigail, Zara, and lifelong friend, Florentina. Adored by his loyal corgi, Mocha, who brought him much joy and companionship. Celso is now reunited with his mother in Heaven, Lucing.

A man of many simple pleasures –Celso was a watch enthusiast, an avid tennis fan, and Mandarin’s #1 Customer. He was often found tinkering around the house, always ready with a clever and improvised repair.

He loved keeping up with local news, flipping through the weekly flyers, and checking the foreign exchange rate. He led an active life – riding the bus around town, biking to and from the grocery store, and getting his steps in at Square One. Celso enjoyed being out and about, observing the world around him.

His gentle presence, witty humor, and unwavering care for his family will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
