The Hall-Crawford family is saddened by the loss of Carol, also known to many of her friends as Caroline, who passed away peacefully on January 25th in her 65th year. Proud mother to Cassandra (Liam) and Alexander (Afreen) and adored grandmother (Omi) of Hudson, Evelyn and Evander. Carol will also be dearly missed by her loving friends across Canada and the Globe.

Carol was deeply connected to her spirituality and lived in earnest towards helping others find Christ through compassion and kindness. She had a big heart for those in her community and over the years has demonstrated her dedication to the Lord’s work in many different ways. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother and delighted in doting by any means able. She took care and pride in everything she did and loved with her whole heart.

Carol was a talented writer with a creative mind and a tenacious energy for finding the truth and telling the story of her own journey and that of her mother Marion Wolter through a unique and intricate way of writing. She had been writing her magnum opus since 2010 and has written over 371,00 words with countless hours of research and investigation with the aim of publishing continuandum.

Goodbye Carola. I look back at those turbulent, formative years we shared at Glendon College with great fondness. As you put it, anything was possible. I appreciated your honesty and enthusiasm then, and during our occasional long-distance conversations in the ensuing years. They always brightened my mood. My deepest condolences to your family, especially your children and grandchildren. You left us too soon but now you can rest.
