Stephen,
Mark and I send you and your family our heartfelt condolences.

Your mother was a special lady. She mentored me a few times and I would like to think that I am a better person for having known her. I only wish I had not let so much time pass between visits. Life is short and there is always something to get in the way. She was strong, kind, humourous and even though I had not seen her in a few years I knew she would be there and all I needed to do was ask. Thinking of you and sending you strength. Sincerely, Dawn-Ann.

To the family: I really enjoyed getting to know Carol over the years while she was working for OSSI and I'm so sad that she's no longer with us. Carol always was friendly, helpful and easy to get to know. It's hard to think of her not around. My heart goes out to those closest to her.
