Dear Larry, Lily, Gary, Terry & Family
We are very sorry to learn of the passing of Betty. We are forever grateful to Betty and Larry for their help when we first arrived in Canada. They were always generous with their time and advice. Rest In Peace Betty. You are now without pain and in a better place.
My sincere condolences to Mr L. Young for the loss of your life partner of 74 years. She will be greatly missed by her children, Lily, Gary & Terry and their families. I am able to attest to the description of the hardworking entrepreneur as she was so active, energetic, and proud of the Market. In all the times I was at the store or apartment, I can't ever remember seeing her sit down and not in a hurry. May she finally rest now, in peace.
Our sincere condolences to the Young family. Betty was very special to me growing up on Yonge Street, Gary and Lily were school friends and neighbours, I always remember Betty inviting me for "lunch" . Betty and Larry were so good to my Mother and I. I will miss her. Jo-Ann and Al Moody
On behalf of my wife (Debby), daughter (Sabrina) and son (Ethan), please accept our deepest condolences.
