God...Hold him in your loving arms ...as in the song..I come to the garden alone...R.I.P. dear Brother of mine.
Darlene
My deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your family. May God wrap His arms around you and give you His peace, comfort and courage during this time of sorrow .
Remember Matthew 5:4 Blessed are they who mourn for they SHALL be comforted.
We had some fun - my brother, Hilda Bruce & I. Had a great time at their wedding. Spent many an hour Visiting after the birth of Darlene as she was close in age to my daughter and for some years, lived not too far away’
My brother and Bruce used to play music together way back - just for fun.
Years later, Bruce owned and lived in a mobile with Joyce again not more than 20 Min. Drive from our home so we dropped in quite frequently and had a chat.
Over the years, we have conversed on the e-mail and then by phone. My son brought him up to Bracebridge to my husband’s 80th birthday party and dinner and that was the last time we were together in person.
I’ve got good memories and fun ones too.

I say farewell to Bruce Collins, our paths crossed from time to time because of my parents Ron and Arlene Frankland. He would visit and bring with him a smile for everyone in the room. He was never short on laughter he had enough to share he was someone you were always happy to see. He was genuinely interested in those around him often ready with a little levity to help make one at ease so hats off to you Bruce may you rest in peace.
