In memory of

Branko Sukunda

March 5, 1938 -  October 5, 2022

Passing away on Wednesday October 5th, 2022, peacefully at the age of 84, Branko Sukunda is finally doing the one thing he’s been wanting to do for the past year...he’s going home.

Branko was a man who strived to do as much as he could with what little he had, and to make life better for those he loved most and cared about with unconditional love.

Branko will be greatly missed by his devoted wife and cherished companion Nada. He will be fondly remembered as a caring father to his son Milan & his daughter Bosa, as well as his daughter-in-law Jennifer, and son-in-law Frank.
His nieces, friends and Serbian community will affectionately remember him for being a larger-than-life individual who left them grateful and thankful for having him in their lives.

His greatest joy and smiles were reserved for his biggest three loves, the “boys”, Adrian Ryan & Jesse.

Viewing will be held at York Funeral Centre at 160 Beecroft Road on Wednesday, October 12, between 4:00pm & 8:00pm.
Funeral services will take place that the same location on the next day
Thursday, October 13, at 10:00 A.M.

For those wishing to make a Memorial donation (in lieu flowers) for dementia research & behaviour studies can do so by donating to fearnoage.com

We would like to give thanks to the staff, caregivers & PSWs of Baycrest Apotex for their kind care and love that they showed Branko during his stay.

Branko will be remembered by me and my family as the best friend of my late parents! Also I will forever consider him a family! Hope he will reunite with his dear friends: Radinka and Milan, up in heaven, and they will enjoy the laughs and anecdotes they shared while alive!
We’ll surely miss him, and promise to care for his devoted wife Nada ( For us all “Tetka Nada).
May he Rest In Peace!
Vječnaja pamjat!
