Daddy...
If we could write a story it would be the greatest ever told.
Of a kind and loving Dad who had a heart of gold.
We could write a million pages but still be unable to say, just how much we love and miss him every single day. We will remember all he taught us. I'm hurt but won't be sad because he'll send us down the answers and he'll always be my DAD.

Dad we love you and you will be missed.
To the greatest Dad, "You know how"
Rest now......

Love you forever Daddy

Your loving children
Pat, David, Alex, Paul & Elaine

We have lost a quiet, gentle giant among men. Bing always had a smile for you no matter how he was feeling. In the time I have known him I didn't hear him complain even once. He will be missed. Rest in peace.

To My Father-In-Law Bing Chow

You did and accomplished so much in your life that most of us will never understand. To come to a new country as a young man with little pocket money and unable to speak the language is brave beyond words. To go to School to learn the language of that new country and to then build a family is something I will forever respect. Not many of us could comprehend how very difficult that would be. While building a business and supporting a family you still found time to reach out and help so many others, so many of those have the utmost respect for you and your kindness. Thank you for unconditionally letting me become part of your family. I will cherish the memories and carry the respect I have for you until the end of my days.

Uncle Bing was a kind, caring, and loving person. It was amazing that he established himself from an immigrant who had little at the time he came to Canada and eventually conquered the language barrier to have his own business and a lovely family. He will be greatly missed by all of us. For sure my parents will miss him for dim sum gatherings. May he rest in peace.
