Dear Bernadette,
I am sorry about your untimely passing. I still couldn't believe that you are gone. We knew each other from work, but you were like my sister for well over 3 decades. You were a good listener, always gave me those wise one liner opinions. We shared good food on numerous occasions. You and Francis were always kind and generous with me and Adrian, and with those in your lives. My heart is aching. I miss you already.
Rest in peace, my dear friend!

You are a lovely soul and a blessing to have known you since childhood. I spent a lot of time with you and your family back in the college years when I first came to Toronto in 1973. I m happy we had a great reunion last year. Rest in peace and I shall miss you until we meet again in Heaven!

Bernie I was shocked at your passing. I first met you in 2000 when I started working at Baker McKenzie and you were very welcoming. You had such a wonderful spirit. You shall be missed by all that knew you. May you rest in peace.
