JACKSON, B. ROBERT Born in Toronto on July 28, 1929, Bob passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on April 30, 2022 following a short term battle with cancer. Bob was an avid angler, gardener and curler who retired after 43 years in the Property Casualty Insurance Industry. A past President of the Alberta Fieldmans Association, and the Ontario Insurance Fieldmans Association, as well as Past Most Loyal Gander of the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, Ontario Pond. He will be sadly missed by loving wife, Doreen, of 67 years; children, Karen (Bryan), Suzanne (Wayne), Bill (Penny); grandchildren, Samantha (Sean), Krista (Evan), Brenden, McKenna, Olivia, Kate; great-granddaughter, Arya. A Celebration of Life will be held June 12, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. in the Reception Room at The Simple Alternative. 1057 Brock Road, Pickering. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
