My condolences to the family. I am at a loss for words at times like these. I didn't know him well, but over the last few years, I have had the opportunity to get to know some of his children and grandchildren, they are wonderful, generous people. With that in mind, I can only imagine that he was a wonderful man, who did the best with what he had, what he knew, and raised some pretty amazing people in the process. May he rest in peace.

Dad I will always remember when I would wait for your phone call so you would let me know that you’re leaving work and to meet you at Dominion by Woodbine Station (what is now known as Value mart).

You would show me the value of food items based on the size of product and price especially if it was a sale item and teach me the difference.

You were always there for us when we needed a drive anywhere, anything we needed for our children you were always there and never ever said no!

You so much loved the game of chess and were an excellent player, you had an amazing voice and sang with the Orpheus Choir at the Greek community! You were soo proud in the range of your voice and how you could perform tenor, Baso and even alto pitches!

I wish I could hear your voice just ONE more time! Μπαμπα now the angels are singing with you and I hope that you are singing to Mama

Forever in all of our hearts

Lots of Love

I have a lot of fond memories of spending time with my Theo Vasili and his family but I would have to say my fondest ones are of him sitting across a chessboard playing the role of teacher and me playing the student. My brother Peter initially taught me how to play chess but my uncle Bill showed me how to be a chess player. Thank you for being a shining light in my life and for everything you did for all of us throughout your years on this earth.

Our sincere condolences,
John, Tina, Andrea, David & Sara Menoudakis
