Vasa made the sandwiches for our homeless ministry volunteers to distribute on Tuesday evenings downtown Toronto.
I would pick up the sandwiches at noon from Vasa and she eould not let me leave until I had a cup of tea with her. And those who know Vasa, would know that you didn't just get a cup of tea. It would be served with dainties which were always in supply.
Please accept the deepest condolences, Christne and family.

I am truly sorry for your loss of your beloved Baba Vasa Zoya and Scott and Clara and your sister and partner. She was a beautiful and dear lady with so much love to share with all of you. She will be dearly missed.
I am truly sorry for your mother Elena to loose her beloved mother at this time. Our hearts are with you all.
My mother, Anastasia will miss her great friend so much. Thea Vaso, and her family have always been an important part of our lives and she will be missed by us all…especially Elias. Our thoughts are with her daughters and send our love to the family. 🌹
It is with great joy that we can say how much we enjoyed knowing Vasa on this side and someday we will see her on the other side.
All our love to Chris and the family in Jesus
