In memory of

Barbara Mark

March 16, 1929 -  March 19, 2022

With much sorrow, we share the very sad news of our wonderful mom, Barbara Mark, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 19, 2022, surrounded by her family. She lived a full and vibrant life of 93 years and dedicated her time to nurturing her close and loving family. She has now joined her beloved husband, Ivan, in heaven. She will be dearly missed by her children Pam (David d. 2018), Stan (Katherine), Melanie (George) and Jeff (Andrea), by her grandchildren Marty (Sandra), James (Renita), Stephanie, Jason, Alex, Ashlyn, Julian and Charlie, and by her great-granddaughter Amanda.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

I still recalled there was one day I met Aunt Barbara standing at a downtown street corner, selling flowers to ask for donations for a charitable organization. What a philanthropic heart she has.

God be with her and uncle Ivan in heaven.

Aunt Barb was an amazing person and so very glad I grew up near her. We were always welcomed to pop by and have a visit. Loved hearing her stories of growing up in New York, being one of the first living on our old street at Sylvan. I am so sorry for your loss.
