Arthur Edward Tomlin

October 7, 1946 - June 26, 2021

Arthur passed away on June 26, 2021 in his 75th year. Loving father of Kyle Tomlin & his wife Stephanie Tomlin, and Wade Tomlin & his wife Samantha Simone-Tomlin. Cherished grandfather of Daniel Tomlin, Victoria Torres, Isaac Tomlin and Lucas Tomlin. Dear brother of Dale Hircock and her husband Joe Hircock. Arthur will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation for the care and compassion from Chartwell Avondale, the Personal Support Workers of Ontario and the Palliative Care team at Michael Garron Hospital.

Deepest Sympathies for your loss. Art was a friend I met via Chuck Barlow. When ever we traveled to Toronto we would meet up with Art at a local restaurant and enjoy fun conversation. He was a very nice man and we feel lucky to have met him.

To Art's family. I am so sorry for your loss. Art has left us way too soon and he will be missed by everyone who knew him.
I became a good friend of Art's while at university, Scarborough College, UofT. We stayed in touch off and on thru the years and reconnected last year when we set up a Zoom chat every 3 weeks for the group of friends including Art. These Zoom calls were so much fun and lasted 2 hours sometimes as we had so much to share. Our friendships grew again and i am thankful that Art was able to "attend" many times.
Art was so proud of his children and grandchildren; he told us a lot about them during our Zoom chats.
Our UTSC group will really miss Art. God bless.
