We are saddened to announce that Arija died on November 18, in her 88th year, at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, peacefully after a long struggle with COPD. She will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her devoted daughter and best friend Sylvia, her son-in-law Mark, her loving son Heino, daughter-in-law Janellen, her nephews Andy and Alexander and his wife Brittany. Many thanks to the staff at the hospital for their kind and compassionate care, and an extra mention to Michelle. A special thanks to Linda McKell for being such a great friend. At Arija's request, there will be no service after her cremation. Burial at York Cemetery will be scheduled for spring 2019 as well as a Kick Ass Celebration of her full and multifaceted Life!
