Surrounded by the love of his family, Anton died peacefully on July 14, 2025 at the amazing age of 100.
Anton retired from a distinguished 50 year career as a Civil Marine Engineer working around the world. Anton loved his family and lived life to its fullest but lost his greatest love Josephine in 2012 after 64 years of marriage.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children Tony, Robbie, George and Amy and their loved ones, He was a proud and devoted grandfather to Shelley, Andy, Vicki, Melanie and Michael and great grandfather to Hunter and Asher.
After retirement Anton never slowed down and continued painting, sculpting and travelling. He will be remembered by his fellow residents at Viva Retirement home to be the first in the pool, exercise class, choir, line dancing and never missed an excursion.
Anton was a man of great curiosity and intelligence and will be missed by all those who met him, but the memories will always endure.
