In memory of

Antonio Augusto D’Assuncao Sousa

June 19, 1935 -  August 13, 2018

Antonio passed peacefully at Kensington’s Hospice surrounded by his wife, son and daughter-in-law and some of the Drs and carers in the hospice. It was a departure graced by the attentive and caring environment of the hospice which he and we as a family will be eternally grateful for. For those wishing, in lieu of flowers the family would be pleased for a donation to the hospice.
There are a few ways to make a donation to the hospice:
- On line at: https://www.kensingtonhealth.org/Donations/In-Memory-Donation.aspx
- Via phone: 416-963-9640 ext. 1400(people can provide their info/credit card info via phone if they like)
- Or people can mail a cheque payable to the Kensington Foundation (in the memo section of the cheque, please write in memory of your dad), to: Kensington Hospice, 38 Major Street, Toronto, ON, M5S 2L1)

Tony was gracious and thoughtful whenever we had the pleasure of being in his company. He made us laugh often, due to his good sense of humour. He took a sincere interest in the events going on in our lives and we could count on him offering the benefit of his experience when a course of action needed to be decided. We'll miss his friendship dearly.

Greg informed me this morning of Tony's recent passing and I am sorry to learn this news. I remember Tony as a warm and caring man who was devoted to his family and it is all of you who I am thinking of now at this sad time. I send you my sincere condolences. Christine Pickios

Dear Paul and Family

My sincerely condolences to you and the entire Family.
Found out last night around 9:30p.m. that your Father had passed. Had no idea that the Funeral was today until being told this evening by a mutual friend. So sorry I couldn't convey my sympathies in person.
I know how hard it can be to lose a Dad - so I am sending you a big hug and thoughts of happy memories - Love Dulce
