Angelo Kanaris

January 25, 1932 -  September 28, 2025

Born on January 25, 1932, Angelo lived a long and full life surrounded by love, laughter, and family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Gloria Kanaris, with whom he shared a lifetime of cherished memories.

He will be deeply missed by his beloved children: Jim Kanaris (wife Mary), Mary Harvey (partner Nick Panos), and Peter Kanaris (wife Carrie).

Angelo was a proud grandfather to Adam Kanaris (wife Carolyn), Layla Kanaris (partner Paul Viles), Amanda Harvey, Nicolas Harvey, and Oceana Kanaris.

He was also blessed with many great-grandchildren who brought him immense joy: Myelle and Griffin (children of Adam and Carolyn), Daphney and Georgia (children of Layla and Paul), as well as Lucas (child of step-granddaughter Rose Parise and husband Rob), and Jeanette, Juliana, and Albert (children of step-granddaughter Alia Abdo and husband Steve).

Angelo is also survived by his loving sister, Helene Kanaris.

Angelo will be remembered for his warmth, strength, and deep love for his family. His legacy of kindness and devotion will live on through all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in memory of Angelo Kanaris.

My condolences to the family.
I lived across the street from them and Mary was one of my first friends. I have fond childhood memories of those days, and Mr & Mrs Kanaris.
They were always so kind to me. I am so sorry for your loss.
