In memory of

Andrea Soo Chan

August 16, 1945 -  July 9, 2022

"Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever."
~Psalm 106:1

Andrea "Ann" Soo Chan was a devoted wife to Gerald, a loving mother to Karen (Franklin), Charlene (Don), and Andrew, and a caring grandmother to Emily, Evan, Nathan, and Katelyn. She passed peacefully on July 9, 2022 at age 76.

Andrea was also a sister, auntie, cousin, godmother, and friend to extended family around the world. She enjoyed cooking for others and spending time with family reminiscing about life in Trinidad and Canada. Andrea looked forward to hearing news about those close to her. She showed us what generosity, strength and resiliency are.

We were blessed to have her in our lives. She will always be remembered and forever in our hearts.

May she rest in peace.

"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted."
~Matthew 5:4

Dearest Andrea, what a loss to your family and friends. We had not kept in touch during the last few years, however, we shared many good times and I have many fond memories of our days in Trinidad and here in Canada. Gone too soon but at peace. God bless.

I remember auntie Ann as a super smiley person. Ready to welcome us when we visited from Trinidad. Always welcoming us into her home.
She was always ready to go on an adventure… be it Niagara Falls, CNE or the CN Tower, auntie Ann was with us!
She was one of the kindest and most generous persons I have known. She is now resting with the angels above but will always be with us in spirit.

Love always,
Tina

Mom and Dad send their heartfelt and deepest sympathies.
