Ameer Ali, was born on March 26th 1950 in Guico Tamana, Trinidad to Mohamed and Baitoon Ali.
On Sunday, November 1, 2020, Ameer Ali, father, son and brother passed away at the age of 70.
Ameer migrated from Trinidad at age of 21. With hardwork, dedication and love for his family he was able to support many of his family members migrate to Canada.

Ameer worked as a Taxi Driver for many years, before a tragic accident led to the loss of his vision. Through the latter part of his life he faced many mental and physical ailments that limited his ability to enjoy life to the fullest. Given all the challenges he faces he was able to raise 3 sons who have gone on to live successful lives.
Ameer was a devout born again Christian and lived a life that showcased his beliefs. One of Ameer’s favorite verses from the good book is from Proverbs 3: 5-6 "Trust in the lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and he, shall direct your path."

Ameer will be forever remembered by his three sons, Junior, Alvin and Devin, his mother Baitoon, his brothers and sisters Ashraf, Sheriff, Hazo, Lovey, Rudy, and Sherina. As well as his nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
