It is with heavy hearts and cherished memories that we announce the passing of Alzira DaSilva, a beloved Mother to Jose, Ana, Maria, Victor, Lucy, Susie. A Grandmother to Marco, Christina, Cody, Christian, Allana, Shania, Nikita, Daniel, Lily, Alexandra, Victoria, Tonisha, Melina, Johnathon, Faith, Isaiah. A Great-grandmother to Jessica, Marcio, Emma, Eli, Jasur, Aaya, Jeriah, Joseph.

She left this world peacefully on June 20th 2024 leaving behind a legacy of love, strength and devotion.

As a mother, Alzira raised her children with a fierce and strong love. She nurtured them, guided them, and instilled in them the values of love, perseverance, forgiveness and hard work.

Her role as a grandmother and great-grandmother was one she cherished deeply. She showered her grandchildren and great-grandchildren with love, wisdom, endless humour and stories.

Her legacy as the strongest woman around is a testament to the love and care she provided throughout her life.

Now reunited with her beloved mother, Candida, her dear sister, Maria Alice, her cherished son, Victor, and her precious grandson, Johnathon, Alzira finds peace in their company. Though our hearts ache with her absence, we find solace in knowing that she is surrounded by the love she so generously gave in life.

We will remember Alzira for her boundless love, her unwavering strength, and beautiful soul. Her spirit will live on in the stories we share, the traditions we uphold, and the love we carry forward.

Rest in peace our beautiful angel. You will be forever missed, but never forgotten.
