My deepest sympathies to Uncle Ben and my cousins and their families. May God comfort you all at this time of grief. 🙏🏽💕Hugs to all.
My earliest memories of Auntie Alice were her visits from Cavite. We’d bring out blankets for the family sleepover. I was very young then, but I remember we had a poster of big flowers that she painted. I still remember how it look like because I had always been impressed. I was always happy to know that I had an aunt who was an artist. Fast forward decades later and Auntie Alice was thrilled to know that my 3 daughters and I are into the Arts as well. Mama had said we got Auntie Alice’s artsy genes and I agree👍😊. She also loved to read and write letters and I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with her through old-fashioned letter-writing. I’ve kept all her cards and letters to my family. This is my way of keeping her alive in my memories. 🌷

Dearest Mom,

Many years ago, you asked me to play this CD you purchased from Reader's Digest. You stayed in my room until you heard the entire selection. How appropriate I can share with everyone the very music you treasured. I hope you're listening from heaven!

Love always,
Uno
