With deepest sorrow we announce the passing of Alexander Nathanael Simpson. Cherished by his mother and sister, brother-in-law, companion, friends and family. Alex is remembered for his vibrance, strength, kindness and sense of humour. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday May 26, 2019 at 1pm. at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 275 Lesmill Road, Toronto, Ontario. We loved Alex so much and would have been honored to have him in our lives for ever. Instead, all that we were given were five years, and yet we are so grateful. We will miss him, and he will be in our hearts always.

I loved Alex dearly as he was an amazing brother. He was a kind, generous, and humorous man with a huge heart. He was someone I could rely on and I always admired his spirit. I can't believe he's gone and hate that I had to say goodbye so soon to my dear brother. I love him and will always remember the good times we shared.

Alex was a very kind and compassionate man who loved to have fun and was artistically gifted, extremely honest, and moral. He passed on far too young, but I cherish the wonderful memories I have of Alex. I am greatly saddened by his passing, but I am honoured to have had Alex as my son.
