Although living so far away meant I didn’t get to see Grandpa very often, he was always in my thoughts and I will remember him with deep fondness. I will always cherish the times we did spend together, as well as the stories and memories shared by family that kept me close to him across the miles. He will be dearly missed.

Though we didn’t share much time together, you were still a part of me - and always will be. We didn’t have many shared moments, but those we did have were treasured. Rest in peace, Grandpa
